VivoPower spins off non-Nordic 2.2GW AI data center portfolio into Singapore-based platform slated for LSE, ADX listings
VIVO•Spin-off of non-Nordic AI data center portfolio
VivoPower will carve out its non-Nordic AI data center portfolio into a new Singapore-based AI infrastructure company.
The platform targets a pre-IPO raise from institutional and sovereign investors, followed by a primary London listing with a secondary Abu Dhabi listing.
Future construction capex for the non-Nordic pipeline shifts to the new vehicle, removing VivoPower funding requirements.
VivoPower retains control while refocusing on Nordic assets
VivoPower plans to retain de facto control through an anchor stake, board representation and governance links. No distribution of Platform shares is planned.
The move refocuses VivoPower on Nordic AI data centers, anchored by its 42 MW Mo i Rana site in Norway.
