Vizsla Silver announces annual general and special shareholder meeting

Vizsla Silver will hold its annual general and special meeting in Vancouver, British Columbia, on Oct. 8, 2026.

Shareholders will receive the audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended Apr. 30, 2026.

Votes will cover setting the board at seven directors and electing directors for the ensuing year.

Deloitte LLP is up for appointment as auditor, with authority for directors to set auditor remuneration.

Ballots will also consider continuing and amending the shareholder rights plan through the 2029 annual meeting.
