Volato Group secures up to $1 billion common stock equity facility with institutional investor

Volato Group entered an agreement for an equity facility of up to $1 billion, which it may use at its discretion to fund expansion of its Ohio AI infrastructure campus. Sales cannot begin until a resale registration statement is effective, and daily sales are capped at $6 million.
