Weave goes live with Synchrony’s CareCredit integration for patient financing
WEAV•Weave launched a live integration with Synchrony’s CareCredit that lets practices view credit status and available credit, initiate payments and offer applications through Weave. A Weave survey found 43% of its payments customers would use its payment services exclusively once CareCredit is added.
1. Financing in workflow
Weave Communications launched an integration with Synchrony’s CareCredit that embeds patient financing in its front-office workflow. Staff can view CareCredit status and available credit before appointments, initiate payments in-office or through text-to-pay, and let patients apply within Weave or on their devices.
