Ensey named CEO after merger closes

Volato named Chris Ensey chief executive officer, effective Sept. 11, 2026, following the closing of its merger with Alignment Engine.

Ensey has led Alignment Engine as CEO since early 2023, bringing experience building secure computing platforms and large-scale digital infrastructure.
