VolitionRx signs LOI with Missionpharma to explore neonatal sepsis test development
VNRX•VolitionRx signed a nonbinding letter of intent with Missionpharma to explore worldwide development and launch of its prototype NETosis lateral flow test, initially for neonatal sepsis triage and prognosis.
1. Test development plan
The collaboration will initially evaluate the prototype for neonatal sepsis triage and prognosis. Missionpharma could support low-cost manufacturing, clinical studies and distribution, with a focus on low- and middle-income countries and humanitarian emergency settings.
