The transaction secures a 4.5% royalty on the first 250,000oz of gravity gold production from the Hera Tenement in New South Wales, with 46,372oz of production remaining, representing 2,087oz of gold equivalent ounces acquired at under $200/oz.

3. Copper Royalty Rights

Included in the portfolio is an uncapped feasibility-stage copper tonnage royalty in Western Australia, providing upside exposure to potential resource expansion and future mining activity.
