VPR Brands entered a license and release agreement with JUUL Labs on July 22, 2026, tied to U.S. Patent No. 8,205,622 B2.
The deal includes USD 11 million in consideration, payable under an installment schedule.
JUUL receives a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license for certain products, with mutual releases to settle potential patent disputes.
