Vystar entered a joint venture with Capital Realm to acquire a 50% stake in R3alm, a compliance-focused AI and Web3 financial ecosystem.
Deal consideration includes 8,371 shares of Series B preferred stock, convertible into 8,371,000 common shares upon IP concept proof within 24 months.
Planned platform and token structure
The partners plan to jointly manage R3alm, positioning it to bridge traditional finance with tokenized assets, digital securities infrastructure, identity, trading and treasury.
The R3EQ token is planned as an equity-linked ownership layer, targeted to launch at up to a $120 million valuation, with 50% attributed to Vystar.
