W.Africa Crude - Sellers aim higher as Mideast concerns return

West African crude cargoes were being offered at higher differentials on Tuesday as renewed concern over Middle East supplies emboldened sellers of other grades.

• "Sellers are offering at higher numbers but there is no activity yet," a trader said.
• Nigerian Forcados and Escravos were offered at around dated Brent plus $3, a trader said, similar to levels heard on Monday. Escravos was offered at plus $2.50 at the end of June in the Platts window.

Nigeria's Dangote refinery has been undergoing maintenance work since July 10 due to issues with a steam generator, commodities analytics firm Kpler said, reducing run rates at its crude-processing and gasoline-producing units.
