2. Digital, Membership and Advertising Growth

Global e-commerce sales reached $150.4bn, with the US segment contributing $99.6bn, up from $79.3bn. Membership fee income jumped 15.5% to $4.4bn, driven by Walmart+ and Sam’s Club subscriptions, while global advertising revenue surged 46%.

3. Segment Performance and International Charge

Walmart US net sales grew 4.4% to $482.97bn, international sales rose 7% to $130.42bn, and Sam’s Club US increased 3.1% to $93.01bn. International operating income fell to $5.10bn from $5.50bn, reflecting a $0.7bn non-cash charge tied to share-based payment changes at PhonePe.

4. Capital Expenditure and Share Repurchase

Capital expenditure climbed to $26.64bn, focused on supply chain automation, technology, and customer initiatives, with guidance of $25bn–$27bn for FY27. The board approved a new $30bn share repurchase program with no expiration date.
