Waste Connections Q2 FY26 net income rises 2.1% to USD 296.4 million; revenue climbs 6.4% to USD 2.56 billion

Q2 results show higher revenue and profit

Waste Connections posted Q2 GAAP revenue of USD 2.56 billion, up 6.4% from a year earlier.

GAAP net income edged up to USD 296.4 million, or USD 1.17 a share.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 6.8% to USD 840.1 million; margin widened to 32.8% of revenue.

Share repurchases and raised 2026 outlook

Record year-to-date share repurchases reached USD 614.5 million, about 1.5% of shares outstanding.

The company raised its 2026 outlook to revenue of USD 10.02 billion-USD 10.05 billion; net income seen at USD 1.169 billion-USD 1.173 billion.
