Ms. Chang has over 15 years of experience in financial management, equity investment and audit oversight, including senior roles at China Development Bank Capital and annual audit work at PwC, and holds CPA and intermediate economist titles.

Her deep expertise in internal controls, risk management and capital markets is expected to bolster Waterdrop’s governance framework and support strategic growth initiatives across insurance and healthcare services.
4. Predecessor Resignation
Mr. Heping Feng resigned from his board and committee positions due to personal reasons, with the company confirming there were no disputes or disagreements related to his departure.
