Waters Q3 2026 net income drops 46% to $81 million

Waters’ third-quarter 2026 GAAP diluted EPS fell 67% to $0.82, which the company attributed to acquisition-related purchase accounting charges, acquisition-related costs and restructuring costs. Revenue more than doubled year over year to $1.77 billion, including $896 million from acquired businesses, while operating cash flow declined 48% to $98 million.

Waters acquired MOBILion Systems, which is expected to broaden its entry into the proteomics market.
