Watsco delivered net income of $79.1 million in the quarter with earnings of $1.87 per share on revenue of $1.53 billion. Gross profit stood at $428 million, operating income dipped 2% to $110 million, and cash used in operations improved by $159 million year-over-year to $19 million.
2. Strategic Acquisition of Jackson Supply
The company agreed to acquire Jackson Supply Company for $230 million, adding 25 distribution locations across Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Arizona. Jackson Supply posted $230 million in 2025 sales, serves approximately 5,000 customers and will retain its management team under Watsco’s buy-and-build strategy, subject to second-quarter closing conditions.
