A securities class action was filed July 23, 2026 in New York state court naming Wellchange among more than 30 U.S.-listed companies.
The complaint also targets more than 10 U.S. broker-dealers, plus certain individuals.
Summons and complaint were served on the company’s process agent on Aug. 11, 2026.
