- Werewolf Therapeutics Inc. said on Aug. 14 it sells its Inducer and Indukine platforms to Emd Serono, according to an SEC filing.
- Emd is to pay $28 million upfront and $5 million on completion of asset transfer, the filing said.
- Werewolf Therapeutics also obtains an exclusive license from Emd for WTX-124 and WTX-330 development, the filing said.
