Westlake Chemical Partners Q2 FY26 net income slips to $14.24 million; net sales hold at $297.1 million

Westlake Chemical Partners posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to the Partnership of $14.2 million, or $0.40 per unit, down 2.2% year over year.
Cash flows from operating activities climbed to $129.8 million from $9.1 million a year earlier, due to higher volume and lower maintenance capital.
MLP distributable cash flow rose 17.3% year over year to $17.6 million; trailing 12-month distribution coverage improved to 1.04x from 1.00x.
Distribution and financing update
The quarterly distribution held at $0.4714 per unit, payable Aug. 28 to holders of record Aug. 13.
Credit agreement amendments with Westlake extended maturities to July 2031; CEO Jean-Marc Gilson cited higher third-party ethylene prices and stable cash flows.
