Tommy Darby appointed chief accounting officer

Westlake named Tommy E. Darby vice president, chief accounting officer, effective Aug. 31, 2026.

Darby also took the chief accounting officer role at Westlake Chemical Partners GP, general partner of Westlake Chemical Partners, on Aug. 31.

He previously served as vice president, chief accounting officer at Pactiv Evergreen; earlier held finance leadership roles at Valaris; began at Deloitte.

Jeffrey A. Holy shifted from chief accounting officer to vice president, finance and investor relations, effective concurrently.
