Westmount Realty Capital repositioned Garland Logistics Park in Garland, Texas, through phased adaptive reuse into modern cold storage.
The firm acquired the 1.1 million-square-foot, 60-acre former Safeway distribution center in 2012, when the property was initially dominated by dry warehouse space.
