U.S. warehouse agreement with logistics company

Wetour Robotics said it signed a definitive 24-month multi-site commercial agreement with an international trade and logistics company for U.S. warehouse deployments.

The initial rollout in Pennsylvania carries $500,000 in non-refundable committed fees, payable under the agreement.
The framework allows expansion to as many as 20 sites through separate site authorizations, with milestone fees and recurring service fees.
Wetour said aggregate fees could total up to $20 million if the full rollout and service periods are authorized and completed.
