Full-year 2026 outlook targets net revenue of $2.86 billion-$2.9 billion and adjusted net income of $19.68-$20.08 per diluted share.
Guidance assumes average U.S. retail fuel prices of $3.9 per gallon in Q3 and $3.91 for 2026, based on NYMEX futures.
The fuel assumption lifted full-year guidance by about $32 million in revenue and $0.46 in adjusted earnings per share.
The outlook assumes no interest-rate changes, uses end-June FX rates, and excludes additional share repurchases beyond $60 million through Q2.
