It launched a concierge-level engagement model in the U.K., organizing dedicated sales and support teams to streamline inquiries, bookings, trip delivery and ongoing support.

Wheels Up has finalized the integration of Air Partner’s private jet and group charter operations, bringing all U.K. and international services under a single Wheels Up brand. This completes the rollout that began in the U.S. earlier this year, establishing one global identity across all key markets.
2. U.K. Concierge-Level Engagement Model
The company launched its integrated customer engagement model in the U.K., structuring dedicated sales and support teams around each stage of the customer journey—initial inquiry, booking, trip delivery and support—to reduce handoffs and improve accountability.
3. Strategic Partnerships and Specialist Services
Members now access private jet, group charter and flexible private-commercial travel via Wheels Up’s Delta Air Lines partnership, while Air Partner Cargo retains its specialist branding to continue global shipping and courier services.
