WhiteFiber named Justin Zhu as chief financial officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Zhu has been senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer since the August 2025 IPO; previously he was vice president of finance at Bit Digital.
Erke Huang will step down as CFO, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Huang will also leave the board Aug. 1, 2026; he will become senior advisor and non-voting board observer.
