WhiteFiber names Justin Zhu CFO as Erke Huang resigns

- WhiteFiber named Justin Zhu as chief financial officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective Aug. 1, 2026.
- Zhu has been senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer since the August 2025 IPO; previously he was vice president of finance at Bit Digital.
- Erke Huang will step down as CFO, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer effective Aug. 1, 2026.
- Huang will also leave the board Aug. 1, 2026; he will become senior advisor and non-voting board observer.
