WhiteHawk Minerals closes $105 million purchase of royalty assets
WHK•WhiteHawk Minerals closed a $105 million purchase of Marcellus, Utica and Haynesville mineral assets from San Jacinto Minerals II, part of about $111.8 million in acquisitions. The assets include 11,810 net royalty acres and interests in more than 1,700 producing wells.

WhiteHawk Minerals closed about $111.8 million of acquisitions, including the $105 million purchase of Marcellus, Utica and Haynesville mineral assets from San Jacinto Minerals II. The assets cover about 700,000 gross unit acres and include 11,810 net royalty acres, more than 1,700 producing wells, 245 wells in process or permitted, and about 2,500 undeveloped locations. Interests span Appalachia and Haynesville, with operators including EQT, Range Resources and CNX.
