1. Distribution Realignment on East Coast
Willamette Valley Vineyards has partnered with RNDC to realign distribution in New York State and the Mid-Atlantic, consolidating existing Virginia, Maryland and D.C. coverage under RNDC’s network. The company also transitioned its Pennsylvania representation to Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits to optimize market reach.
2. Sales Team Reorganization
The winery reorganized its sales division into five regions, appointing Robert Goodrich as Eastern Region Sales Director and Jimmy Lewis as California Sales Manager. These hires join a team led by Senior Director of National Sales Rebecca Geschwender, alongside regional directors for Central, West and local Oregon markets.
3. Strategic Growth Objectives
These organizational changes aim to leverage RNDC’s expanded New York sales force and Southern Glazer’s local expertise in Pennsylvania, supporting increased distribution of flagship Pinot Noir. The restructured sales regions and experienced leadership are designed to drive consumer engagement and market share growth across key territories.
