Board expansion and new director appointment

Wingstop expanded its board to 11 directors, naming PENN Entertainment CEO and President Jay Snowden as a Class II director, effective Aug. 6, 2026.

Snowden joined the audit committee and compensation committee on the same date.

He has led PENN since January 2020, previously serving as president and chief operating officer; earlier roles included leadership posts at Caesars Entertainment.
