WinVest Acquisition Corp. will hold a special stockholder meeting on Sept. 15, 2026, held virtually.
- Vote on extending the deadline to complete an initial business combination to Oct. 17, 2026.
- Board would gain authority to extend the deadline monthly up to five times, taking the outside date to March 17, 2027.
- Stockholders will also vote to extend the trust account liquidation date to Oct. 17, 2026, with matching monthly extensions to March 17, 2027.
- An adjournment proposal will be considered to allow more time to secure votes if needed.
