Witkoff, Kushner to meet Ukrainians in Miami on Friday, says US source
SPY•US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will meet Ukrainian representatives in Miami on Friday to discuss new ideas and proposals for addressing the war in Ukraine.
1. Miami working session
Witkoff and Kushner will hold a working session with Ukrainian representatives, joined by White House National Security Council and Treasury Department representatives. The discussions are expected to cover security guarantees for Ukraine, a post-war prosperity plan and other aspects of the conflict.
2. Allies invited
National security advisers from the United Kingdom, France and Germany, along with officials from NATO and the European Union, were invited. The source said the proposals were developed by American negotiators with Russians and Ukrainians during a recent visit to the region.
