WTW•WTW hired Alex Holderness and Tim Oliver to its North America Outsourcing Sales team effective June 1, 2026, reinforcing its Health, Wealth & Career Outsourcing business. Both bring over 30 years’ experience driving enterprise-level sales growth across benefits and total rewards solutions.

WTW has reinforced its North America Outsourcing Sales organization with the appointment of Alex Holderness and Tim Oliver, effective June 1, 2026. This move underscores WTW’s commitment to expanding its Health, Wealth & Career Outsourcing business and capturing large-market opportunities across the U.S.
2. Alex Holderness’s Background
Holderness, who returns to WTW after earlier roles in the Employee Experience division, brings over 30 years of leadership in consulting, sales and product development. His most recent tenure as Strategic Account Executive at Alight saw him manage multinational portfolios and drive long-cycle enterprise deals.
3. Tim Oliver’s Expertise
Oliver also offers more than three decades of benefits administration, healthcare navigation and total rewards strategy experience. His prior leadership roles at Conduent, Buck Consultants and Alight demonstrated consistent overachievement on multimillion-dollar sales targets for complex national accounts.
