1. 2025 ESG Report Release

Wynn Resorts published its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report and Executive Overview covering North American operations under pillars of Our People, Our Communities and Our Planet. The report summarizes investments in workforce, community contributions and environmental performance metrics against Global Reporting Initiative and SASB frameworks.

2. Workforce Development Initiatives

In 2025 Wynn Resorts awarded stock grants to employees celebrating Wynn Las Vegas’s 20th anniversary, expanded leadership training through Wynn University in partnership with UNLV and Boston University, and granted $1.4 million in scholarships to over 110 students through its foundation program.

3. Community Impact Contributions

The company contributed $20.6 million in cash and $2.6 million in in-kind support to nonprofits, raised $1.4 million through employee-led fundraising by 2,600 staff, packaged 2.2 million meals and broke ground on the Campus for Hope homelessness project in Southern Nevada.

4. Environmental Sustainability Targets

Wynn Resorts set goals to peak operational carbon emissions by 2030, achieve net-zero by 2050 and source 50% renewable electricity by 2030. In 2025, Wynn Las Vegas diverted 49% of waste from landfills and Encore Boston Harbor diverted 57% through recycling and composting programs.
