XCF Global Renews CORSIA-Ready Certification for 38M-Gallon Reno Facility
XCF Global’s New Rise Renewables Reno facility has maintained CORSIA-Ready sustainability certification with chain-of-custody controls to support traceable SAF documentation. The 38 million-gallon-per-year plant is completing planned upgrades and is forecast to resume operations in June 2026.
1. Certification Maintained
New Rise Renewables Reno has kept its sustainability certification valid as of April 30, enabling robust chain-of-custody controls, traceability, and proof-of-sustainability documentation to underpin CORSIA-eligible SAF volumes.
2. Planned Upgrades and Restart
The facility is in the final phase of planned mechanical and systems upgrades and is targeting a production restart in June 2026 to meet airline demand for certified sustainable aviation fuel.
3. Production Capacity
With a permitted nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year, the Reno plant positions XCF Global among the early large-scale SAF producers in North America.
4. CORSIA Compliance Benefits
The maintained certification ensures airlines and corporate customers can reduce offsetting requirements under ICAO’s CORSIA scheme using documented, traceable SAF volumes.
