Deal to advance New Rise ANZ renewable fuels platform

XCF Global signed a joint commercialization and development deal to advance the proposed New Rise ANZ renewable fuels platform in Australia.

The framework targets a HEFA-based refinery producing about 175 million liters a year of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel, subject to approvals and financing.

XCF Global can earn up to a 10% equity stake in the project entity via milestone-based technical and development support, while CRV retains majority control.

The plan includes integrated feedstock, logistics, storage and distribution, supported by CRV’s modular blending units to lower infrastructure costs.
