Xiaomi filed a next-day disclosure return showing 1,510,800 new Class B WVR ordinary shares issued from share awards or options.
Issued shares excluding treasury shares rose to 21,398,472,034 as of July 31, 2026; no treasury shares were held.
The filing also reported an on-market repurchase of 1,740,800 shares on July 31 for HKD 49,999,083.52.
