XPeng targets 550,000-600,000 deliveries in 2026—a 28%-40% increase from 429,445 units in 2025—backed by four new SUVs (G01, G02, Mona D02, D03) and expanded Extended Range EV options. It plans to double international deliveries using Mona and P7+ models and trades below Macquarie’s $26 price target suggesting 24.4% upside.

1. Ambitious Sales Growth Targets

XPeng has set a target of delivering between 550,000 and 600,000 vehicles in 2026, representing an increase of 28% to 40% over the 429,445 units delivered in 2025. This goal underscores the company’s confidence in its production ramp-up and supply chain resilience, as it seeks to outpace domestic rivals and secure a larger share of the rapidly expanding electric vehicle market in China.

2. Expanding SUV Portfolio

To capture broader market segments, XPeng plans to introduce four new SUV models by the end of 2026: the G01 and G02 crossovers, alongside two variants in its Mona series, the D02 and D03. These vehicles will feature upgraded infotainment systems, advanced driver-assist functions and competitive price positioning designed to challenge offerings from established competitors such as NIO and Tesla in both entry-level and mid-range segments.

3. Enhanced EREV Offerings

In addition to its battery-electric lineup, XPeng is doubling down on its Extended Range Electric Vehicle (EREV) technology, targeting customers seeking longer trip capability without dependence on charging infrastructure. The expanded EREV range will incorporate a next-generation range-extender module, projected to increase all-electric cruising distance by up to 15% and reduce overall energy consumption by 10%, according to internal test data.

4. International Delivery Push

XPeng aims to double its overseas deliveries in 2026, with a strategic focus on key markets in Europe and Southeast Asia. The company will prioritize exports of its best-selling Mona sedan and the performance-oriented P7+ model, leveraging recently established logistics partnerships and localized service centers to accelerate market entry and customer support in targeted regions.
