XPLR Infrastructure posted Q2 net income attributable to unitholders of $38 million, down from $79 million a year earlier; revenue rose 6.14% to $363 million.
Operating income fell 33.33% to $60 million, while interest expense narrowed to $92 million from $114 million.
Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA increased to $523 million; free cash flow before growth was $257 million.
Outlook reaffirmed
Reaffirmed 2026 outlook for adjusted EBITDA of $1.75 billion-$1.95 billion and FCFBG of $600 million-$700 million.
