JFB•Merger cash condition met and closing remains on schedule
XTEND says it has received USD 60 million in cash, meeting the minimum cash condition for its merger with JFB Construction Holdings.
The transaction remains on track to close on Sept. 3, 2026.
The combined company is expected to be renamed XTEND AI Robotics, with shares set to trade on the NYSE as XTND on Sept. 4, 2026.
XTEND said the cash proceeds are slated to support working capital and growth as it transitions to a public-company operating model.
