XTIA•XTI Aerospace said its unit XTI Drones Holdings defaulted on two Origin Group notes with $4.51 million in outstanding principal as of Oct. 11, 2026; it agreed to a temporary waiver and plans to restructure the notes.

A filing said XTI Drones Holdings defaulted on the Origin Group DN Note and AR Note. XTI Aerospace agreed to a temporary waiver of the note defaults and plans to restructure the notes; the borrowers also notified their lender of the defaults and plan to seek a waiver of credit agreement defaults.
