Xwell receives Nasdaq notice for failure to meet minimum bid price requirement
XWEL•Xwell received a Nasdaq notice after its shares closed below $1 for 30 consecutive business days. The company has until April 5, 2027, to meet the minimum bid price requirement, or it could face delisting.
1. Compliance deadline
Nasdaq notified Xwell on October 7, 2026, that it did not meet the $1 minimum bid price requirement. The company has until April 5, 2027, to achieve closing bids of at least $1 for at least 10 consecutive business days. Any reverse stock split to regain compliance must be completed at least 10 business days before that deadline. Closing bids of $0.10 or less for 10 consecutive trading days during the compliance period would trigger a delisting determination. Trading remains unaffected immediately, and Xwell may be eligible for an additional 180-day compliance period if it meets the conditions.
