Xylem Q2 FY26 EPS rises 19% to $1.11; revenue increases 2% to $2.34 billion

Xylem posted Q2 2026 net income attributable to shareholders of $263 million, or $1.11 per share, up 19% from a year earlier.
Revenue rose 2% to $2.34 billion, while operating income climbed to $390 million from $305 million.
Adjusted diluted EPS increased to $1.46 from $1.26; adjusted EBITDA margin widened 150 basis points to 23.3%.
Outlook and management commentary
CEO Matthew Pine cited strengthening demand drivers, with AI infrastructure lifting water’s strategic importance across industries such as semiconductors and power generation.
Xylem raised its 2026 outlook, projecting revenue of about $9.2 billion and adjusted EPS of $5.55 to $5.70.
