The purchase price implies about 11.6x projected 2026 EBITDA, including $23 million of run-rate cost synergies and $170 million of expected tax benefits.
The businesses are forecast to generate more than $260 million of 2026 revenue, with EBITDA margins expected above 30%.

The deal targets engineered pumping for tougher fluids, broadening Xylem’s industrial and municipal reach. The assets will sit in the company’s Water Infrastructure segment.
