YHN Acquisition I will hold its annual shareholder meeting in Hong Kong on Sept. 14, 2026.
Shareholders will vote on charter changes to let the board extend the business-combination deadline to June 19, 2027.
A separate vote will seek to amend the trust agreement to allow up to three three-month extensions funded by USD 100,000 deposits each.
An adjournment proposal would allow the meeting to be postponed to solicit additional votes if needed.
