YHN Acquisition I shareholders backed a charter amendment extending the SPAC’s business-combination deadline to June 19, 2027.
The change gives the board authority to extend from the prior deadline of Sept. 19, 2026.
The fifth amended and restated memorandum and articles of association were filed on Sept. 15, 2026.
