Delivery Order 2 targets a multi-vendor interoperability demonstration with the SDN-Backbone constellation, testing multiple spacecraft-to-ground data paths. Delivery Order 3 supports Phase A planning for a Space Exchange Point on-orbit demonstration, including definition of the bus-to-payload interface. The efforts aim to advance interoperable, low-latency space-based data transport using commercially derived technologies and practices.
