YSX Tech names Jifeng Wu independent director after Mei Wang resignation

Wu is senior supervisor of business accounting at Sunshine Life Insurance, where he leads IFRS 17 implementation, regulatory reporting, and business accounting verification.
He previously held finance roles at Chang’an Liability Insurance, Beijing Zhongke Paite Biotechnology, China Minsheng Bank, and Industrial Bank.
Board change effective July 17, 2026
YSX Tech director Mei Wang resigned effective July 17, 2026, citing personal reasons. The board appointed Jifeng Wu as an independent director effective the same date.
