- Repurchased 73,705 shares in the US at USD 44.77 for cancellation on Sept. 1.
- Issued 45 new shares under its long-term incentive plan; total new/converted shares: 45.
- Also repurchased 24,200 shares in Hong Kong at HKD 350.76; bought 60,195 shares in the US at USD 44.86.
