On February 9, 2026 YXT.com announced that COO and CTO Yazhou Wu and director Teng Zu resigned for personal reasons, with neither departure linked to any dispute. The board appointed Vice President of Development Haihua Huang—an ex-development director at G-Net Cloud and former engineer at PatSnap and Cisco—as new CTO.

1. Leadership Resignations

YXT.com’s Board accepted the resignations of Yazhou Wu from his roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, and Teng Zu from his directorship, effective February 9, 2026. Both departures were attributed to personal reasons and were confirmed to have no connection to operational or policy disputes.

2. Appointment of New CTO

The Board immediately filled the CTO vacancy by promoting Haihua Huang, who has served as Vice President of Development since May 2023. Huang’s previous roles include development director at G-Net Cloud Commercial Service and engineering positions at PatSnap Information Technology and CISCO SYSTEMS.

3. CTO Credentials and Impact

Huang holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Instrument Science and Engineering from Southeast University and brings over three years of in-house development experience plus leadership in cloud services.
