YY Group Invests in Arros AI to Boost AI Hiring, Reaffirms US$103–110M Guidance
YY Group invested in Arros AI to embed AI-driven candidate discovery and automated screening into its YY Circle platform, aiming to reduce time-to-fill and boost recruiter productivity. Concurrent robotics pilots in Las Vegas, Malaysia and Singapore and rapid Hong Kong expansion support its FY2026 revenue guidance of US$103–110 million.
1. Strategic Investment in Arros AI
YY Group has made a strategic investment in Arros AI, an NVIDIA Inception program member, to integrate AI-powered candidate discovery, screening, ranking and interviewing into its YY Circle platform, aiming to reduce time-to-fill and improve recruiter productivity across key markets. The partnership includes a milestone-based incentive framework to align deployment success with commercial outcomes.
2. Robotics Pilot Program
This month YY Group launched its first U.S. robotics pilot in Las Vegas in collaboration with KEENON Robotics, following ongoing deployments in Malaysia and Singapore, to test hospitality and security service robots. The initiative is expected to enhance IFM operating margins through improved workforce productivity and new human-robot service offerings.
3. Rapid Market Expansion
Since acquiring YY Circle Hong Kong in April 2025, YY Group has secured 20 hotel partnerships, projecting HKD100 million revenue for 2026—a more than 1,000% increase from 2025. In Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore, the company added luxury hotel contracts and expanded its retail promoter workforce to support its global manpower outsourcing model.
4. FY2026 Revenue Outlook
These technology and market initiatives underpin YY Group’s FY2026 revenue guidance of US$103 million to US$110 million, reflecting a growing contracted revenue base and pipeline visibility. Continued investment in AI, robotics and IFM acquisitions is positioned to drive scalable growth and recurring revenue streams across its core service segments.
