1. Strategic AI Framework Rollout

YY Group leveraged its 16 years of hospitality workforce operations across 12 countries to develop a four-module AI infrastructure encompassing Talent Intelligence, Workflow Intelligence, Data Intelligence, and Agentic Automation. The company formed a strategic partnership with Arros AI and named Kai Yang as Chief AI Scientist to accelerate product AI development and embed AI tools into its YY Circle platform.

2. Inaugural Yolara Product Preview

Yolara, YY Group’s first AI-native workforce solution, will extend YY Circle into white-collar hospitality recruiting, enabling clients to source management roles such as revenue managers and operations directors. The platform is slated for a third-quarter 2026 launch and aims to unify blue-collar deployment and white-collar hiring within a single intelligent system.

3. Reaffirmed FY2026 Guidance

The company reaffirmed its fiscal 2026 revenue guidance of US$103 million to US$110 million, reflecting confidence that its AI evolution will drive new revenue streams, deepen client engagement, and deliver operational efficiency gains across its global hospitality workforce operations.
