Total assets rose to SGD 3.79 million from SGD 3.4 million, and equity climbed to SGD 715,557 from SGD 227,847. Bank loans declined to SGD 2.28 million from SGD 2.51 million, while cash fell to SGD 137,632 from SGD 195,162. A property revaluation to SGD 1.8 million generated other comprehensive income of SGD 198,885 net of deferred tax.
